Opening a company in Estonia

Opening a company in Estonia is as easy as it comes - it can be done online (with an e-residency card or a TRP card) only in minutes. The official portal to be used is here:

So also foreigners can open companies in Estonia without restrictions.

The main cost is the state fee which is 265 euros and can be paid in the registration process by a local bank card or a credit card. The process is usually done within days!

What are the benefits? The company is easy to run. One of the main costs you have is accounting but even that service is not that expensive in Estonia. Managing a company can be done fully online and if your business idea does not work out, closing the company is also easy and painless.
